It is recommended to have approximately 6 servings from the Grains Group daily (pasta, rice, bread, cereal) . A slice of bread is 1 serving. It is recommended to have 2-3 servings from the Meat and Beans Group daily. 2-3 ounces of lean meat or poultry is a serving. Always work with a healthcare team before making any changes to your diet.
